SoCal Specimen Group provides specimen collection services across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Ventura, Imperial, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Kern Counties.
Collections are performed at the home, at a facility, or at a remote residence, then delivered to the laboratory.

Provider order
A provider order is required for any collection.
The order should identify the needed portions: the tests requested, the specimen type, and any special collection or timing instructions. Insurance information is already on the lab slip.
We can coordinate with the patient, family, or staff if needed.

Collections are performed at homes, facilities, and remote residences throughout Southern California.
Service includes portions of the high desert, including the Antelope Valley and the Victor Valley — Lancaster, Palmdale, Quartz Hill, Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, and nearby communities.
Remote addresses may be requested. Availability is confirmed when you call or email.

Same-day when the lab cutoff allows.
3. Collect and deliver
We collect the specimen and take it to the laboratory.
